【時間】12:00～15:00 【天気】  のち 寒い体操 ストレッチ ランニング１キロ アップ 線の上で体重移動10分 足あげないでプッシュ体重移動５×３セット ８の字でプッシュ５×３セット 片足コーナー５×３セット×左右 逆回り 縄跳び100と川跳び×３セット 足上げ腹筋×３セット 左側が特にへたっぴなことが判明しました。どうも人の三倍くらい練習しないと人並みに動けないことも判明。あぁ。直すところいっぱい。 帰りは某メガストアの隣のサイゼリヤで、ペペロンチーノダブルにドリアをかけたやつとフォカッチャにシロップとクリープをかけたやつを食べました。食べ過ぎてトイレに行こうとしたけど間に合わず。床を汚すと悪いので文くんに載せておきました。

This is the last night of the old year, 2008, in Chinese lunar calendar. We Chinese call it New Year's Eve. Tonight, we usually have family reunion dinner and fireworks and firecrackers. The chlidren will get red packets (cash wrapped up in red paper, symbolize fortune and wealth in the coming year). Tomorrow is the beginning of New Year for Chinese. There's a tradition to eat Nian-gao(rise cake) in the morning. It means everything will get better in the New Year. And now, there's two hours and a half left. So, Happy Chinese Lunar New Year!!! |

At the begining of the year(January 1st),we japanese people have a tradition to send newyear's card "Nenga-jo".But I forgot to send it(tell the truth it was a bother to write them.).But still there is another new year and I have one more chance to write the cards! Thank you chinese calender!!

Yes, i stay at home with my parents,but actually, the winter vacation was not so much good or lucky for me. Firstly, i haven't find the job jet. It is really hard! There are few employers but hundreds of thousands of employees. I'm really worried about it! Secondly, My uncle had a traffic accident a week ago, and has been in coma. The doctor said his brain damaged badly and had an intracranial hemorrhage with many bone fractures. It is terrible! And my whole family have buried in grief these days. We go to the hospital everyday to visit him, hoping that he could rally from his coma. But for the whole week, we just got the disappointment again and again. |

I am very sorry to hear of your uncle's accident.I think this is the worst days in your life.But "worst" means there will be no more bad situation.I believe you'll get better from now.I also pray for your uncle.God bless you and your uncle! |
