今日はツールドオキナワ以来のマキシモ練習。
自転車もばっちり直ったし、やったるでーーー。ていう気合いはなく。朝は足重重。勝手にひとり膝カックンして部屋で転けてました。 出発しようとしたらパンクしてるし。 今日はどこで引き返そうか、いいわけと問答をシミュレーションしながら道満に向かってました。 でも遅刻しちゃって待たせてしまった手前、秋が瀬とかで引き返したら顰蹙ものです。 で、顰蹙を買わないようにもうちょっと、もうちょっと、と進んでたら９０km先の長瀞に着いちゃって、いま 「引き返します！」 って言ったところで走る距離は変わらないのでした。 本日の参加は監督、Kとぅさん、僕の三名。 監督がLSDペースでって言ってたんだけど、メーター壊れてて、ペースが全然わからず、乱してました。 今日のコース 道満 ー 清澄峠 ー 西平 ー 松郷峠 ー 長瀞 ー 定峰峠 ー 白石峠 ー 西平 ー 物見山 ー 道満 物見山は心理戦です。監督と。何度も戦ったこの峠、互いの手の内は知り尽くし、まるで自転車に乗りながらチェスをしているようです。 今日は監督の一歩先を読んで勝利♪ 「下りは抑えて、上りに入ったら監督が先に飛び出るから、そこは付かないで、ギア軽めでゆっくりイーブンで追っかけて抜いて、７割で登って行くと監督が後ろから付いてきて、９合目のところで監督がギアを重くしてスパートするから、そこで一枚落としてダッシュ・・・・・」 てなことをいつも考えてます。 今日はKとぅさんのマッハな加速が冴えてました。 ↑マッハって昭和な香り で、本日は２００km越えました。ぱちぱちぱち！ Today I had a bicycle training.I haven't ride my bike since Tour de OKINAWA because the bike was broken.But on friday the bike was fixed.So you think I have much motivation to ride don't you? NO...In the morining my legs are so heavy that I often fell down by my self in my room. And when I go out and ride,I found the wheel has no air and the hole on tire. So bad. I was considering where to return and what kind of excuse is better.But I was late at the start time and teammates are wating for me,so it is impolitenss to return so early I thought. So I couldn't.I thought "after a little bit more I will return""after that corner".But I realized that I was already in the half way(90km).It's too late to say"I go back to home". Me and Kantoku and K-tousan was in the training. Kantoku said to keep the LSD pace but my speed mater was broken so I could not keep it. Today's course Doman - kiyosumi Mt. - Nishihira - matsugo Mt. - Nagatoro - sadamine Mt. -siraishi Mt. - Nishihira - Monomiyama hill - doman At the monomiyama hill,we(me and Kantoku) battle in the mind.Because we know each other so much, it likes chess on the bicycle. Today I won♪ "In the downhill I keep the low speed,then Kantoku will break away in the uphill.But I don't catch up with.I keep the pace and pass Kantoku.I climb in 70% power and Kantoku will catch up with me.Kantoku will up the speed in the last hill then I change the gear to high and spart..." I always thinking such like that. Today K-tousan did wonderful spart. Finally I rode over 200km today. good job totty!

秋が瀬のゴールスプリント勝負でも、トラックレースのごとく位置取りの駆け引き勝負で負けてしまった。
